• Establishing a trust fund for promoting computer literacy in the Arab region. 
  
• Assisting small and medium enterprises (SMEs) in customizing both hardware and software to meet their needs. It is worth mentioning that an SME Toolbox has been developed in joint collaboration between (TAG-Org) and the United Nations Development Programme (UNDP) – Information and Communication Technology for Development in the Arab Region (ICTDAR) Program. 
  
• Working with existing local and national charities and educational programs to help in delivering our support to those most in need. 
  
• Making available extended training and support programs through social initiatives and providing long-term goals and a way forward for program participants (certification, work training program, etc.) 
  
• Conducting a wide campaign for promoting computer literacy in the Arab world, through TAG-Org offices and alliances.
