• Improving, expanding, and sustaining the quality of e-learning environment by applying constructive solutions, and providing appropriate IT tools that facilitate the collaborative nature of teaching and learning.
• Enhancing internet access and usage in the Arab region. (Arab countries Internet usage and access)
